Great news! The Governor just signed 56 housing laws - including the ability to SELL an ADU! Also, you can subdivide a 5 acre parcel up to 10 parcels ministerially within 60 days! ANY ADU plan may be re-used an expedited for other property and the State is creating a database of existing plans to choose from. Parking is not required if there is underutilized parking nearby No more CEQA lawsuits to prevent housing based on "pollution" including noise pollution.
Finally, the CA Dept. of Housing and Community Development has the power to ENFORCE the housing laws on local governments who are dragging their feet!
