ADUs cash flow MORE with inflation (even with higher rates)

Yeah interest rates are higher than what we're used to, but rents are even higher. While interest rates may come down more slowly than expected, keep moving forward with your ADU.

1. It still cash flows even with higher rates

2. It takes 9 months to get through designs & permits, and rates should be lower by then.

3. At least get through designs & permits. Then you can time construction when you feel comfortable.
